Permanent Opportunity – General Anesthesiology | Pennsylvania:
We have partnered with a private practice in Pennsylvania to assist them with finding a General Anesthesiologist to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative group offering bread and butter cases, true clinical autonomy, and predictable scheduling that supports work-life balance. The position also includes a fast-track to partnership in just two years.
Position Details for Your Consideration:
Clinical Scope:
- General anesthesia for OB, general surgery, vascular, and light spine cases
- Care-team model
- Teaching and mentoring optional; all research is clinically focused
Schedule & Call:
- Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7 AM–finish
- 1:8 call rotation + 6–7 weekend days per year
- Post-call day off; call assignments provided in predictable 6-month blocks
Support:
- Collaborative team of 81 anesthesiologists and 168 CRNAs
- Multiple hospital sites
- Ability to work medically directed or solo based on preference
Incentives & Benefits:
- Voluntary extra call/OT available, with $80K+ earning potential
- Sign-on bonus: $50K; relocation assistance up to $10K
