We have been hired to assist a Virginia-based institution with finding a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their growing, academic team. Position Details for Your Consideration:
Clinical Scope:
- Full-scope 100% Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Optional academic involvement: teaching, research, or service
Schedule & Call:
- 4 clinical days per week
- 12–14 overnight calls per year
- Call from home with rare callback
Support:
- Collaborative team of ~90 anesthesiologists, 68 residents, and CRNAs
- Multiple FTE options — full-time; part-time considered
Incentives & Benefits:
- Sign-on bonus: $30K; relocation assistance: $10K
- Retirement plan with up to 10.4% employer match
- CME & conference allowance: $8K
- Up to $120K in additional bonuses (clinical + academic)
