Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Opportunity | New York
- Join a collaborative Level IV Regional Perinatal Center and high-acuity NICU with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, fellows, and experienced neonatal nurses.
- Provide comprehensive inpatient neonatal care, including NICU management, delivery attendance, neonatal resuscitation, newborn nursery coverage, and neonatal transport support.
- Work in a modern, all-private-room NICU designed to provide advanced care for critically ill and premature infants in a family-centered environment.
- Enjoy a predictable schedule with 12-hour in-house shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on availability.
- Collaborate with a full complement of pediatric subspecialists, maternal-fetal medicine physicians, respiratory therapists, nutritionists, lactation consultants, and other dedicated support staff.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring neonatal fellows, pediatric residents, medical students, and nurse practitioner students while contributing to simulation-based education.
- Pursue opportunities in research, quality improvement, and program development within a growing academic neonatal program.
- Open to Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, including new graduates with a passion for delivering exceptional neonatal care in a collaborative academic environment.
