- Lead an established Academic Solid Tumor Oncology program, providing strategic direction for clinical operations, program growth, and physician development.
- Oversee and mentor a team of 10–15 medical oncologists, while fostering faculty recruitment, collaboration, and academic research.
- Maintain a subspecialty-focused clinical practice with protected patient care time alongside administrative leadership responsibilities.
- Drive the development and expansion of clinical trials, translational research, precision medicine, and innovative cancer therapies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiation oncology, surgical oncology, pathology, imaging, palliative care, and research staff to deliver comprehensive cancer care.
- Play a key role in faculty mentorship, physician recruitment, quality initiatives, and operational leadership within a growing academic cancer center.
