Assurgent Medical Staffing is committed to making assurgentmedical.com accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. Clinicians and healthcare organizations should be able to find roles, reach our teams, and start a conversation with us regardless of ability.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That standard guides how we design and build this site, and the pages we build are tested against it.

What we do

Accessibility is built into the site rather than added on top of it. Measures on this site include semantic page structure with proper landmarks and heading order, sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements, full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link on every page, labeled form fields on every form, text alternatives for meaningful images, support for reduced-motion preferences, and layouts that work across screen sizes and zoom levels. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets; we build accessibility into the site itself.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is a continuing commitment, not a one-time project. We review the site as we add pages and features, and we test with keyboard navigation and automated checks as part of our build process.

Known limitations

We are not currently aware of conformance gaps on the pages we build and control. Some content comes from outside sources, such as job descriptions and tools provided by third parties, and may not fully conform. If you meet a barrier anywhere on this site, contact us below and we will provide the information or complete the task with you another way.
