For hospitals and health systems

We finish the searches other firms start.

When a role has sat open for months, the problem is reach, not the posting. A named team owns your search from outset to completion.

Why health systems bring us the hard ones.

Assurgent is built for the searches that stall elsewhere: sub-specialized, time-sensitive, or both.

Sub-Specialty Reach

Coverage in every specialty and sub-specialty, from primary care to surgical leadership, worked by recruiters who know the field cold.

Speed Without Shortcuts

Minimal lead times and extremely competitive Locum rates, with vetting and references intact.

One Firm, End to End

Locum, permanent, and executive placement from one firm that already knows your organization, and we bring the references to prove it.

How a search runs.

A specialty team owns the search and sends you regular updates.

Brief

We learn the role, the standards, and the timeline, from the people who will work beside the hire.

Search

Your team works sub-specialized channels every day, including clinicians who are not on any board.

Shortlist

Vetted, reference-checked candidates you can act on. Never a resume dump.

Placed, and Accountable

We stay with the search past the start date and check in with both sides once the role is filled.

The difference clients feel

Know where your search stands.

Every active search has a named team you can reach directly, and that team sends you regular updates: where the search stands, what has happened, and what comes next.

Example of the search brief shown here. Your brief covers your role and your team.

Questions clients ask.

Do you handle Locum, permanent, and executive searches?

Yes, all three, from one firm. A Locum assignment can cover an urgent gap while a permanent search runs behind it, and an assignment can convert to permanent with the terms in writing up front.

Which specialties do you cover?

Every specialty and sub-specialty: physician, advanced practice, and allied. Each recruiter works a defined set of specialties, which is what lets us move on sub-specialized searches.

How will we know where the search stands?

You have a named team you can reach directly, people who already know your search. They send regular updates: where the search stands, what has happened, and what comes next.

What does getting started look like?

Tell us about the role. We set up a short briefing call with the people closest to the position, agree on the standards, and the team begins working the search as soon as the brief is agreed.
