Locum Tenens team

Locum coverage, short- and long-term.

A Locum need has a date on it. This team runs licensing, privileging, and travel in parallel.

Day 1

credentialing starts, not after signature

Parallel

licensing, privileging, and travel run at once

Every Specialty

and sub-specialty, covered

NALTO

member firm, with the conduct standards that carries

The credentialing clock.

The clinician is almost never the bottleneck. Privileging committees and state boards are. This team starts those clocks the moment there is a candidate.

License Check

Which states take weeks, which take months, which accept IMLC. Mapped before anyone commits.

Privileging

Committee calendars found and worked around, not discovered the week before start.

A-Rated Malpractice

A-rated coverage, included with the assignment. In writing before you accept anything.

Travel and Housing

Booked by us, not delegated to you. A clinician who arrives exhausted does not do good work.

First Shift

Someone on the team checks in once you start, and keeps checking in through the assignment.

For clinicians

Before you accept, you will know

  • The rate, in writing
  • Call expectations and shift pattern
  • Housing and travel arrangements
  • A-rated malpractice coverage, and its terms
  • Who to call at 2am if something goes wrong

For health systems

Before the start date, we will have

  • Privileging tracked to your committee date
  • State license verified
  • Clinician screened against your case mix
  • Continuity plan if the assignment extends
  • A named recruiter you can call directly

FAQs

Who handles licensing and credentialing?

We do, for every facility. State licensing, the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact where it applies, and the facility credentialing packet are run by the team from the moment the assignment is agreed.

Who handles malpractice coverage?

We do, with A-rated coverage, as part of the assignment. The specifics are in writing before you accept anything, and you should never have to ask twice for them.

Can Locum coverage turn into a permanent hire?

Yes. An assignment can convert to permanent, with the terms in writing up front. Both sides have already worked together. If that is where it is heading, the Permanent Placement team picks it up and the terms are agreed openly rather than discovered later.
