Locums – Certified Nurse Midwife/Days – New York
We are seeking Certified Nurse Midwives for full-time locum tenens coverage with a community health organization. Join a collaborative women’s health team providing obstetrical, postpartum, and gynecological care in the clinic and hospital.
Schedule: Four weeks per month, with three weekday clinic shifts (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and one 24-hour in-house hospital call shift each week. This is not a part-time or PRN opportunity.
Responsibilities include managing low-risk pregnancies, providing gynecological care, supporting patients during labor and postpartum recovery, and coordinating care with OB/GYN physicians and the broader clinical team.
Qualifications: Active New York State Nurse Midwife license and registration, experience managing low-risk pregnancies, and strong communication and clinical judgment.
