Locum – Pain Management – Pennsylvania
Assurgent Medical Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a federal healthcare facility.
Opportunity Highlights
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Full-time, ongoing coverage
- Established federal healthcare setting
- Any active, unrestricted U.S. medical license accepted
- Medical malpractice coverage provided
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pain-management evaluations and treatment
- Manage chronic pain conditions and opioid prescribing
- Complete consultations and clinical documentation
- Coordinate patient care with the facility’s healthcare team
- Follow federal clinical, quality, and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
- Experience in pain management and opioid prescribing
- Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to complete federal credentialing and privileging requirements
