Locum – Anesthesiologist – New York
We are seeking board certified or board eligible anesthesiologists for a long-term locum tenens opportunity at a federal healthcare site in New York. Multiple physicians are needed to provide weekday onsite coverage and share weeknight, weekend, and holiday call.
Schedule
- Onsite: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Weeknight call: 5:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Weekend and federal holiday call required
- On-call response: within 15 minutes by phone and 60 minutes onsite
The role includes anesthesia services across surgical specialties in the OR and procedure suites, as well as coverage involving the wards, SICU, acute pain, and emergency airway response. Physicians will also supervise health professions trainees.
