Job Title: Interventional Radiologist
Practice/Location: NY Private Practice IR OBL | Multiple Sites
We have partnered with a premier 100% physician-owned practice to assist them in finding a skilled Interventional Radiologist to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-value arterial practice with longitudinal patient care, in a private setting free from investors or private equity, with a clear path to leadership and equity.
Position Details for Your Consideration:
Clinical Scope:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Focus: High-value arterial/PAD interventions (angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy, limb salvage) and venous assist model. No dialysis access or routine line work.

Model: Own your patient panel with full continuity of care.

Facilities: Multiple state-of-the-art NYC sites with robotic-assisted endovascular systems and advanced imaging.

Team: Collaborative support from vascular techs, nurses, MAs, and dedicated PAs/APCs who handle most venous ablations.

Call: Minimal; rare weekend coverage for urgent add-ons. No night call.

Compensation: Strong base salary with an uncapped RVU bonus. No limit on procedures.

Model: Private practice with unlimited earning potential based on productivity.
